I’ve been experimenting lately with mp3 length. I like longer files myself, but it’s a lot quicker to download and start listening to a short file. Also, I didn’t realize the difficulties that some mp3 players have with navigating inside files. So I thought I’d try keeping the length down — ten to twenty minutes — and see if that worked better for people.
